Since his retirement in 2012, Michael Schumacher is still praised as one of the greatest, if not the greatest, Formula One drivers of all time. With seven World Drivers’ Championship titles to his name, he is rightfully considered so. Debuting during the 1991 Belgian Grand Prix, he quickly established himself as a top driver, winning his first two World Drivers’ Championship titles in 1994 and 1995 with Benetton. After his transfer to Ferrari, he then went on to win five more, which were consecutive between the years 2000 and 2004. An icon to most of the current F1 drivers and a role model for a whole generation of automotive enthusiasts.
