Automobilist 60 Years of McLaren in New Poster Collection! 🧡

Celebrating 60 years since the team's inception, we have teamed up with McLaren for a collection dedicated to their most successful Formula 1 cars and the drivers, that propelled them to victorious finishes. Join us as we honour the legacy of Bruce McLaren with a collection of dedicated posters, Spanning from the early 1970s all the way to the current season. The collection celebrates the unforgettable moments when McLaren secured the Constructors' Championship, completed with an honorary poster dedicated to their state-of-the-art vehicle – the MCL60.

New Zealand-born racing driver Bruce McLaren founded McLaren Racing in 1963. Since then, the team have won 20 Formula 1 World Championships, 183 Formula 1 Grands Prix, the Indianapolis 500 three times, and the Le Mans 24 Hours at its first attempt. In an era when most racing car manufacturers chose to focus on one or two series only, McLaren created great success in four major championships; Formula 1, Can-Am, F5000 and Indy. McLaren believed the various programs were to their ultimate advantage.

As mentioned above, we are honouring five different cars that have made history for the McLaren brand. Starting with the 1974 Constructors' Champion, the first poster is dedicated to the M23 of Emerson Fittipaldi and Denny Hulme. The next two champions are from the 1980s - the MP4/2 and MP4/4. The fourth artwork is dedicated to the 1998 Championship car of Mika Hakkinen and David Coulthard. The final poster depicts the car currently competing in the 2023 Formula 1 season - the MCL60. Connected via each of the poster's backgrounds, the collection creates an immersive wall design that works best displayed together as a set.
