If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the EU or United Kingdom. Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method. After 30 days, if the product has not been burned or used, we will be able to offer store credit only.
