Today marks the pinnacle of Helsinki Pride Week! After a two-year break, the capital's streets will take on rainbow colours through the long-awaited parade, where members of our staff will also be flying the flag of equality.
The support to Helsinki Pride goes hand in hand with our three-part sustainability program: particularly the part Flourish, which focuses on fostering a community open for all. As it's imperative to practice what we preach in the workplace, we organise Diversity, Equity and Inclusion workshops for our entire personnel.
