1. WORKING CONDITIONS & LABOUR. Are the manufacturer’s employees treated equally and ethically? Do they receive a living wage?

2. ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTION. How sustainable is the manufacturer’s operation in terms of environmental and ecosystem well-being throughout its value chain?

3. CLIMATE IMPACT. Has the manufacturer calculated its emissions, established reduction goals, and perhaps taken concrete climate actions?

4. SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS. Is the product made from renewable or recycled materials, and can it be repurposed at the end of its lifecycle?

5. CIRCULAR DESIGN. Is the product designed to be serviceable, repairable, refurbishable, and reusable?
