That's the idea behind our furniture pack service. A truly turnkey solution, designed to take the complexity out of furnishing a space and replace it with something altogether more enjoyable: arriving somewhere beautiful.

We work with private clients, developers, hospitality operators, and estate owners - across existing properties and new builds alike, whether Koto-designed or not - to carefully curate, source and install bespoke furniture packs tailored to each setting and brief. Whether you're furnishing a private residence, renovating a boutique hotel, or a collection of eco-cabins, the principle is the same: quiet luxury, delivered without the stress.

Our packs cover everything, including lighting, soft furnishings, storage, art, kitchen accessories, outdoor furniture and more. Sourced from trusted makers in Scandinavia, the UK and beyond, every piece is chosen for its craftsmanship, longevity and ability to bring the warmth and texture of the natural world indoors.

The process, from first conversation to final photograph.

We handle every stage:

• Curate — We develop a furniture pack that complements the interior scheme and your specific brief, drawing on our network of ethical, sustainable makers.
  

• Order and manage — We place all orders with suppliers and manage the process from end to end.
  

• Store — All items are held safely until your project is ready.
  

• Deliver — Everything arrives in one coordinated delivery via our trusted partners, with no staggered shipments or logistical headaches.
  

• Assemble — Our team assembles and places every piece, exactly where it should be.
  

• Stage — We style the space ready for occupancy, so it looks its best from the moment you walk in.
  

• Photograph — We can also organise professional photography and styling, so your space is ready to share.

Selected projects.

Our furniture packs have furnished a wide range of spaces and settings.

A London apartment at Battersea Power Station called for natural muted tones and Scandinavian pieces, bringing a sense of calm to the building's iconic industrial shell.

At Cornwall Barn, furnishings curated for family life complement a palette of polished concrete, limewash walls and warm timber, creating a space that balances practicality with a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.

For the Michelin-starred Moor Hall Hotel, we selected furnishings and finishes inspired by seven botanical themes, carrying the guest experience from kitchen garden to plate to room.

At The Point, Polzeath, furnishings and finishes were selected to respond to the surrounding coastline, creating a collection of 17 calm coastal retreats.
