| Traditional battledress camouflage drew from plants and foliage, but the deeper idea of being hidden in plain sight came from animals – birds in particular, with their disruptive coloration, seasonal plumage, and countershading. Our ‘duck feather print’ is an abstract take on this, designed less to obscure the wearer than to give them plumage of their own. The print appears across the new Travon items, set on a contemporary nylon base. |

| Three ducks in a row: The first is the plumage behind the print. The second is duck hunter camo, created in the 1940s and later sold as surplus, then adopted by the hunters who gave it its name. The third is, of course, a nod to our signature duck canvas weave – same name, different origins. |
